    What is the parallax set at on a hunting scope that doesn't have an adjustable parallax?

    I think it depends on the manufacturer but generally around 100 yds.

    Yeah it's usually 100-150 yards.
    I redefined trust between my wife and I. Bought her a gun, hand loaded ammo for it, showed her how to shoot it, and made her the beneficiary on my life insurance.

    ^^^^Agreed. They have to meet a happy medium of close up hunting to longer distances. You could check the parallax of the scope on a target at different ranges and verify.
