    Target turrets

    Lads.

Anyone know of adapters to convert the windage and elevation adjusters on a hunting scope to a semi-target style knob or even a full size knob. I have found adjusting the elevation to be a bit of a pain when it's cold out.

    Thanks

    Stewie

It depends on what scope you have. Just about any leupold can be changed. I know that several other brands offer target turrets for their scopes. So give us some more info and we'll try to help.

No luck there Mel, they don't make a model for Bushnell/Browning.

    target knobs

one thing you might try is see if a tasco or simmons knob cover will fit if so and your scope has the coin slot adjustment the stoney point knobs for tasco/simmons might work just a thought.

Bushnell/Browing uses these plastic type adjusters that are really difficult to grab hold of, particularly when your fingers are cold. I'm going to try e-mailing Bushnell to see if I can order some target turrets like the ones on my fixed 10X.

The understanding that I have of Bushnell 3200 10x ,and other Elite series scopes ,is the are a modified version the old Baush and Lomb scopes, turned into a division of Bushnell. They probably aren't the same manufaturer that makes target knobs for the Elite series as the Browning scopes. It couldn't hurt to ask though.
