I am considering a McMillan Savage which I would have skim bedded. Other option is using the Savage accustock system. Does the accustock system need to be bedded to achieve like results?

Thank you,

i honestly dont think that stock is gonna help too much with savage out of box accuracy. i mean most are already 1/2 moa shooters. so i think just a really sweet aftermarket stock that fits the shooter will be all thats needed

I would save my money and get a PDC customs stock hands down

I thought i might ADD that the BAT looks like PDC stock as well but i would hate to have that plastic stock on thier

What would be ideal would be a McMillan style stock with a Accu stock aluminum bedding block.

I have a Savage 10FCP 308 with fluted bbl, muzzle brake, detachable mag and Accu Stock coming in next week. I will try and get some pictures posted. I am going to try it in a Savage HS Precision stock to see if it will fit.
