Tikka T3 scout & Mcmillan, help needed

I have a tikka T3 scout in .308 that I am upgrading with the following:

- Mcmillan A3-5 (expected delivery anytime)
- CDI BDM with AICS mags (in house)

A3-5 specs include:

- Installed and Bedded steel recoil plate
- Aluminum pillars pre-machined in
- inletted for CDI BDM with AICS mags

Note: I am not glass-bedding the rifle at this time. I am aware this most likely would be better in the long run. For now, I just don’t have the experience, tools and time/opportunity.

Questions (I am a beginner, so please take it easy on me);

1- Assuming this is a true drop in as advertised, how much torque do I apply on the action screws. (Aluminum pillars pre-machined in)
2- Will the factory Tikka action screws be of appropriate length? How do I know and if not of usable length, where and what do I get?
3- Torque one side prior to the other in any specific way?
4- Any other advise?

I read this just the other day about torquing action screws that might help. The article is about fine tuning the torque load and improving accuracy at the extreme. It provides some practical advice. There example was for a Savage action, but the principle would be the same for actions.
