    Remington M24 rebuild

I heard about this program a few months ago and have wanted one of these since getting into collecting. I personally think it was a steal at the price Remington is offering them at but each to his own. The color of the stock is a crap shoot but I am very happy with what I got. Cant wait to go shoot it .

Right now it is only open to active duty, not even LE right now. I think they were not expecting the volume of Mil orders they are getting. There are a few on Gunbroker but they are pricey.

Thanks for following up. I've heard nothing but good things about the sticks coming out of that rebuild program - enjoy!

Got a chance to shoot my M24 today. I am a little embarrassed to post the targets, as the first few were with some old "match" handloads that I used to make sure it was on paper, and it was. The last five shots of the day I used some HSM match and this was the group. I think its a one hole gun if I get back into the swing of things. Its been about 5 years since I shot regularly with a quality precision rifle.

Yeah, it took me a while too. I had a SCAR 17s unfired that I sold to offset but I put in my order with a credit card and then got the money together. They wont charge until it ships and it took two months for me which was on the faster side from what others were posting. I love the "custom" paint jobs on these guns, please post pics when you get yours.
