twist rate for the remington 700 VS

    twist rate for the remington 700 VS

    ive looked and looked and i cant find it. i might be looking over it, i dont know, but does somebody know the twist rate for the Remington model 700 VS in .308? i just want to know for my personal knowledge and i cant find it anywhere. thanks guys.

    Mines a 1 in 12 with a 26" barrel.
    Likes 168gr. bullets.

    Mine

    My VSSF is a 1-12" and handles 155 Scenars, 168's from almost anyone, and 175s.

    Is the VS the same as the VSF and whatever else? I thought or at least would guess there's differences. :?

    besides it being stainless and fluted, i dont know know if there would be any dif. between the barrels. i see the new varmint rifles remington offers, but i didnt know if the new ones had the same twist as the old VS. i wouldnt see why it would be dif.
