I am getting in late on this thread due to the fact that I took two weeks off from everything to go bear and deer hunting.

    Mike,

That is one great write up. As a mechanical engineer and tool and die maker it is appreciated even more.

+1 for sure, I work as a mechanical design engineer and can't express the value of the EXTREMELY CLOSE geometric tolerances Mike holds. Concentric alignment of every single part of the rifle should be held in just as high a regard as overall squareness of all the parts, I just find it hard to do a better job of explaining all of it than Mike's explanation. It blows my mind!! Thanks for everything you do here Mike, much appreciated by everyone!

    Mike Miller, S1, Javentre, Kgunz11, Monteboy84,

Sorry I got rid of so much here. It was a lot of editing work though and I just want to keep things more or less neutral.

No prob Muzz, you da man! Past this page the thread lost a lot of Mike's original intention for it so I understand your reasoning entirely.

Okay, I have deleted a lot more and did some more extensive editing.

Sorry, I know some of you will NOT be happy with what I have deleted and changed, but it had to be done. Do not hate the moderators, they did not do it. Hate me, as I did it.

We have a GREAT forums guys (and gals?). Lets do our best to keep it that way and treat everyone with the utmost respect.

Please direct all complaints about changes made here to me, not to the mods... you can direct complaints about all the rest of the threads to them
