Only 300 rounds isn't even broken in.
This is a good deal for anyone who wants a good basic 22LR.
The Set trigger can be adjusted down to about 8 ounces.
McMillan or Manners will inlet stocks for it if you don't like Walnut.

Next step up in 22LR the $1000 bracket for Sako or Anschutz 64 Actions.
After that you need Anschutz 54 actions or custom Remington 40X or maybe an older Winchester 52.
$1500+

With good ammo it should easily be a half MOA gun as it is.
I have a 452 Varmint myself that does not have the set Trigger.
The 453 is out of production but parts are still available from CZ.

If I wasn't committed to another purchase, $600 more to pay, I would have already PM'd you..
It would be my 5th CZ though. I think I have enough of them but will eventually have a 452 FS and a 453.
I have a Scout, Varmint, Tribal Stocked American, and an Ultra Lux.
To do better than a CZ, you really have to spend the money to step up to a 54 Action Anschutz or a 40X or a custom.
The Sako and 64 Action Annies are not that much better if so for double the money.
I think the 452 are better than the new 455 even with a Lilja barrel on the 455.
The barrel attachment seems better on the 452.
