I recognize that range anywhere. No one but Alpine has that low hanging thingymabob. Makes it REAL difficult to shoot handguns there.

its to stop "accidental" over the berm shots, too many houses around. For the handguns, on the 30 yard range they made a moveable stand thats about 10 yards away from the shooter, easier now for handguns, and you can aim down on it so you dont have to worry about the thingymabob...lol Still hate the benches on the 100 yard range, they are shotty... rather go prone... Once i can get her down under an inch, i will then start going to TacPro in Mingus, they have a 1000 yards, only about 60 miles on the other side of Ft Worth...

just at 100 yards, having issues with her, shes at like 2 moa (crap rounds used Fed Power shock 150 soft points), slowly working on her, need to find bedding glass around here... found scope finger tight on rings-to-base knobs, that was probably the issue, but i still have my targets, will take pics and post this weekend...

Let me know when you go. I would be interested in joining you there. I have been wanting to go, but I am unfamiliar with that area. That is, if you would let me go.

but is your range more than 100 yards?? lol plus with thier range, anything over 600 yards you have to qualify on to be able to shoot on it whenever you want, but 600 and down, no qualification needed.
