Thanks for the feedback and input.

The A Model was Designed for the M-14 to start.....KISS as not tools were required to drop it flat and transition to Irons.

The B Model has been shipped out with both Insert Hardware and Knobs where it was requested....Simple mod to knock off the tips of the scallops to slide the bolt up and down.

The C Model was just a Cover all the bases.

So far they all work just great and it is an issue of personal perference.

I persoally wouldn't ship anything but the A Model to Iraq but I have SWAT Teams that order the B Model and they are happy with them.

I can make Knobs an option on the B model as I have done it already.

    Thanks again

Harry, just send me a PM and I will hook you up.

As for asking who has been where and what they where up to...Don't ask and don't tell is my policy and doubt or question no one on a few boards.

Somehow some one had a couple of my cheek rests at a training session in Brazil and the team was from the I don't.

Texas Rangers Approved them to be installed on their rifles after going to a Training with the FBI.......The FBI Instructors had a couple and I didn't know I had shipped any to the FBI.

I wouldn't have a second thought about the people on this board and a few others.

    Karsten,

I love mine! Thanks for fixing it to fit my B&C Medalist, excellent product.

What are the two smaller pieces of rubber for?? Can't figure that out.

    +1 That is so true.

The ones that need an allen wrench to be adjusted, it would be a nice little feature to add, maybe it could be optional? Personally I wouldn't really have a use for it though.

Something (if it were my personal item) I would consider adding is a quick release screw similar to what comes on the adapter plate for tripods - the screws with the little flip-down, spring loaded loop that you can finger tighten with, then flip it down out of the way. Sticks out more than a normal hex-head screw probably, but not nearly as much as a knurled knob, and no additional tools are required to tighten / adjust it. I don't know how tight these can get by finger, but with your notched slot, it would probably work perfectly. Or, if you could find a model with a big enough loop in it, you could stick something through it in the field to tighten it further if necessary. Just a thought.

Again, thanks for all the feedback and thoughts.

    Particlerealities,

Something like that would be great it you could find them long enough and with a head that would have enough surface area to get a good hold, But I am alway looks to see what is available out there so who knows.

    Shawn,

Thanks for the comments and great talking to you. Got back from the PO after shipping 17 units today and there it was....My fresh box of 300 Knobs so yours will be in the mail in the AM.

    Wargone,

Kydex is pretty forgiving, mount it about where you need it, heat up the side you rest your cheek against and get down on the rifle and bingo a truly custom fit to your cheek bone

Note, McDonald Hot Coffee Cup warning....Hot surfaces may Burn you and I am NOT Responsible.
