well, after a very dissapointing eye check, ive learned that I am nearsighted. Im not sure what the doctor said, but i think it was that i am 2300 in one eye, and 2400 in the other. Is that correctable? Please tell me.

20/20

He probably meant 20/300, as opposed to 2300. 20/20 means that you can see at 20 feet what someone with "perfect vision" can see at 20 feet. 20/300 means you have to be at 20 feet to see something clearly that one with "perfect vision" can see at 300 feet. At least that's how it was explained to me by my optopmetrist. I would think if you are 20/300, you should have noticed you can't see very well unless you're very close to what you're looking at. Being dependant on glasses bites.
