Find something that fits you and had a good polycarbonite lens. Everyone is diffrent so diffrent glasses will fit everyone diffrent.

They sell a decent pair of saftey glasses at home depot that have interchangeable lenses for amber, clear and tint. Make very nice shooting glasses for any condition.
Oakley Gascans. I love'em and they've been through hell and back.
They never get heavy on the ears.

I use ESS ICE glasses. The kit came with clear, smoke, and amber lenses.
Smith&Wesson safety Glasses...look good and work well...and best of all they are cheap! 8)
