that's exactly what I see when I pull a scope out in my back yard, the light pole with the little blue hat on it. Crosshairs lower? As i lower in the image? That's going to be pretty static.

    Your back yard

Yes the crosshairs need to be lower in the overall picture. Compare the pics in my post to the ones in your post or on the website. If this can't be fixed, I'll have to return it, which doesn't make me too happy.

Mike, you're close by me, I'm over in Livermore. Perhaps you and I could get together so I can see closer what's up. I'm planning to go out to Tumey hills next weekend with a buddy to do some ELR work. If you're interested in joining LMK. Alternately we can hit up the local brew pub and trade off buying rounds. We can see what's up and we can gripe at Andre together if we have good cause. Might just be a mirror that didn't get seated right during assembly. In any event, I have some info for you that I can't post online, so if you would PM me some digits and we can chat live.

The box is damaged, the mirror may have shifted during shipment.

I emailed Triggercam with a few more pictures.

The first 2 are through an older Leupold, 3x and 9x, I wasn't concerned about focus. Notice in pic # 3, (24x) 10 MOA above the crosshair and 20 below. If this was 20 above and 10 below that would be ok. #4 is at 4x (NX8 4-32)

    Hopefully this can be resolved.

I live in Petaluma, I sent you a pm.

    Mike

Here's a quick follow up, I took the Triggercam to the local range, and decided to return the unit.

If anybody is interested in this product, my suggestion would be to wait until they have a stateside distributor.

They now have a stateside distributor. www.triggercam.com is all localized to the USA/Canada and I confirmed with the guys in SA that they're shipping from the USA now.

The other screw cap conceals the SD card and the USB port and while it appears to be the place you'd put a CR2032 battery, it is not. The battery is internal and charges via USB.
