Quickload question with solid copper bullets

In Quickload there is a field to change the “Shot Start Pressure”, depending on if your bullet is “jacketed, solid soft brass, solid copper, or FMJ”. My question is for the “solid copper” bullets, are they talking about the solids that are normally used for dangerous game (example Norma Solids) or would the Barnes TTSX, and Hornady GMX that are designed for deer and elk hunting also need to have the starting pressure changed to the recommended pressure for a solid copper bullet?

They're talking about it being constructed as a monolithic solid copper bullet or not, not what the bullet is for. This is to do with engraving energy.
