Tikka is still the best kept secret in America. I've had custom guns before but none as smooth as Tikkas out of the box. Just bought a new T3x in .223 and its getting a new Krieger barrel next week. I hope it shoots better than the factory barrel but that's going to be a tall task. Can't go wrong with a Tikka.

Just too~~ many people knows about it to be called a secret. People just being plain stupid and keep buying the brand "S" and brand "R". I am even gonna spell it out.

That's something you need to take it out on your gunsmith. He wasted your money.

I should have modified the statement about my gunsmith's work which was excellent and the action was smooth. But my Tikkas still have the smoothest actions I've ever found on a production gun and "some" of my custom jobs like on a CZ 527.
