    Rings for my 10-22

I am transferring my Nikon 5-20-44 Monarch to my 10-22, when using the AR-Stoner Gen 2 Extended 1-Piece Cantilever Scope Mount on my AR it is preforming excellent but when I transfer it to my 10-22 I loose elevation, It shoot too high and I cannot lower POI.
    Do I need a 20MOA mount?

doesn't a 20MOA mount actually raise the POI, so this would not be what I need correct?

I also sent this question to Nikon, I think it's a ring/mount issue.
Zeroing at 50 yards with the turret maxed out it is shooting 3" high

Unless I am confusing, 20MOA DOES raise the POI. So... you are right, I think, about not using any cant at this point.

I am having an opposite situation. For my 308 gas gun, even with the 20 or 30 moa cant (forgot exactly which one it is), I had to come up 10 mils to zero in at 100 yards. I thought this was strangely too much.

Yes that does appear to be way too much, that would make me wonder about the scope.

An AR style mount is likely to tall for a 10/22. It works on a AR because the stock is inline with the top of the gun.

10 Mils from what? 10 Mils from dead bottom wouldn't seem so bad.
