So I've built 2 different AR style rifles, one in 5.56 and the other in .308 Win. And I've seen some custom rifle companies who are starting to produce long range AR's chambered for .300 Win Mag. Does anyone know anywhere to get parts for these? I would like to build one but I'm having trouble finding anyone who carries such parts. I'm sure it's because the .300 WM AR's are a fairly new thing and the big companies aren't producing parts yet but I just wanted to see if anyone else might have any info. Thanks!

I would typically encourage someone to build a ar but with a 300 everything is going to be proprietary to the companies making them. My advise is to just buy a rifle and avoid the headache of trying to build one.

Sounds like a money pit with little inherent accuracy.
Why the belted Magnum when there is the 300 Norma Magnum?
You could get a Full Custom bolt action with better accuracy.

The 300WM wasn't designed for semi auto use. The companies that make those rifles have put in lots of time and effort to make them shoot the way they do.

Any particular reason for AR in 300WM? Or just because you feel like to do so?
