Hello. I just got a Savage in 6.5 PRC and I only cleaned it one time with a 3 piece aluminum rod with a bronze brush and then a plastic jag with cloth and after, I noticed that there are these shiny markings on 3 different lands of the crown and was wondering if this is crown damage and if it needs recrowning? I honestly don't think I caused this as I cleaned many firearms using aluminum rods and the same method with a bore guide too and I also make sure the rods are free of debris before hand. Will these markings on the crown affect accuracy?
