NRP - The Natural Respiratory Pause is where you have inhaled, and are 2/3rds through exhaling. It happens naturally so if you concentrate on it you get a bastardized version. Generally, people begin to inhale at the NRP again, but if you recognize it you can extend the pause to maybe 6-10 seconds.

There is no reason why somebody should be close enough to you when your shooting to be able to tell your breathing pattern!

Experiment with different breathing methods and choose the one which is best for you.

The only one you should never do, is try holding your breath and shooting; the gas in your lungs expands remember.

why wouldnt they be? my spotter sits right behind my right sholder, close enough to get a bit of an angle on the shot. Easiest way to see trace with the spotting scope ive got.

Erm... well.... don't know about you but I breath pretty damn quietly!
