This looks like one I was reading about a year or so ago. They say it kills heat signature.

It "dissipates" your heat signature up to 85%.... but as you can see it does absolutly nothing for camoflauging. And did i mention... the suit does not work unless it is above 55 degrees F.? Kinda useless at night time when you need to hide your thermal signature the most...

Mark Spicer's book "SNIPER," had some more images of this nature in it. If my scanner were working properly I'd put them up here.

Dead ground and live-masking it is, until they get a proper ghillie-esque system out that'll work in all environs without dehydrating the operator.
