You can look at what it takes for class three FFL ownership on the BATF website www.atf.govThese weapons are all NFA registered items.
Private individuals may purchase only while residing in a Class 3 State
Please back up your claim: demonstrate the insanity. When has ANYONE in the United States used their Class 3 license to commit a crime? Hell, the odds are it HAS happened at least once, but I'm willing to bet you can't find an example.Yimmy said:No civillian should be allowed to have most of that stuff.... I mean, Chinese flamethrower? Mini-gun? That is not sane.
Only 1 case in the last 100 years if my memory serves correctly and the guy surrendered himself after using it to shoot someone illegally.Scatch Maroo said:Please back up your claim: demonstrate the insanity. Please don't try and label things as improper simply because YOU don't think so. Your 'belief' in something is not a foundation for an argument to others.

The one case the guy legally had a class three weapon. There are more cases of class three weapons being used in crimes but there were not possessed legally.Hectorvictorious said:Was that guy class three or did he have it illegally?
Sort of.....One of the guys had a class III dealer license and bought all the guns legally but they were not intended to be used for personal use but rather for sale. The second he handed them out to others they were obtained illegally.spade said:um folks, are we forgetting waco? all the weapons on the waco ranch in texas were registered class 3 firearms... obtained legally.
at least, according to what ive read.
Plenty of Americans (such as us in California) are quite jealous, too. Like WestPointRanger pointed out: the second amendment says one thing, but obviously, some state governments find it nice to ignore it.olson said:So how are yall liking it??...and i bet all the people on this website that arent americans are jeloius 8)
