I have a 7mm RemMag I built YEARS ago, when I first joined here, that I want to upgrade for PRS matches. Meaning it needs to take magazines. It's a Stevens 200 action (aka Savage 110), bedded in a Choate Ultimate Varmint stock. I'd like to stay with my original idea of building a cheap precision rifle, so upgrading to a high end stock is an absolute last resort. Anybody have any info about what will work???

Here's an example of why I want to keep and use it. After all of these years, it still does this... This was 465 yards, and I can cover then with my thumbnail...

I believe the old 200 stevens did not have a floorplate, is that correct?

That's correct. They are a blind mag. And even the design of that sucks.
