Class IIIA body Armor

This goes out to everyone but especially guys like Flea, Nek and Mel. I wanted to hear what brands or types of armor work best for urban and military combat. I might end up needing something like this for a potential job that I am considering and I don't want to spare a cost in exchange for my life.

I am considering class IIIA and IVA because I might come very close to Iraq and don't want to take any chances. I have been looking at Point blank tactical kevlar vests that stop up to 44 mag stand alone. The floor is yours gentlemen...

If I get Hard IV rifle plates that are kevlar coated and place the soft Second chance trauma plates on the inside: will I still run the risk of possibly dying from impact?

I've tried to research this on my own but the information I have found so far has been incredibly vague. The vest I am looking at is very similar to the one you posted up as part your gear Flea. It has the buttons on the front and back to add pockets, holsters or radio holders. It has an extraction strap on the back, plus it zips up closed with a panel in the front to cover the opening. I'm just concerned about the 7.62 X 39mm round which is very popular overseas.
