I want to mount my Schmidt & Bender 30mm tube, 56mm Objective with Warne QD mounts. Does anyone have experience with these rings and bases. If so, will the scope clear the barrel with the high rings or will I need higher rings.

Stupid me, I want to mount the schmidt & bender on a Rem 700 SA, 308 with a lightweight barrel.

i have used warn rings and bases but not the QR ones. my experence has been good, no movement of the scope on my model 70 . be sure to use locktite (blue) on the bases when u install them, itll help prevent rust and ensure they saty tight until you want to remove them
