How do I stack up to the pros ?

Im fairly new to precision shooting, so far Ive had about 3 months practice going almost every week to the range which is only 100 yards. So far My groups average about .6 moa with a Remington 700p from prone position bipod supported with a 4lb trigger and $100 dollor bsa scope and millet rings and mount. I was think about getting to LE as a job, Im only 16 so ive got lot a long way to go still. I was wondering what the qualifications for professional snipers are at 100 Yards, possibly elite Le or military units ?
