I just ordered my LTR (.308) and already need to sell it (even though it hasn't arrived yet). As for the setup, I have the gun, a Harris bipod, Leupold M1 10x40 scope, Leupold Mark IV tactical rings, Badger rail, and 5 boxes of Federal Match ammo. I am looking to find a price that is fair. I know that if I fire the gun it will go down in price, so I hopefully will be able to figure out a price quickly with your help.

Id look for another source of money unless you are really in a bind..... you will never get what you put into it and will just kick yourself later.

If you don't want that kind of rifle anymore....thats one thing.....but if its just about money I would find another way.

Be careful about selling your rifle for anything remotely resembling a profit. Big Doo-Doo if The Man thinks he can nail your @$$ for that one. Even if you got it on sale.

depending upon whether its a straight LTR, or the Sniper Weapon's System with scope, rings, base, Bipod, case, sling etc., the low for the LTR is about $695 the high is upwards of $1,000. The SWS run above $1,200.00 (at least on Guns America.com - one of my favorite sites to troll trhrough when I'm bored).

I know there is a Texas Based firearms company selling them New for $695.00 as we speak.

What texas company might you be referring too?
