I am another new member from Australia encounting problems getting my hands on the good gear.

I have been interested in building up a tactical rifle for some time and am now at the stage were I am about to make purchases. I was looking at purchasing a US Optics SN 10 but have been informed by one retailer in the US that they will not ship Rifle Optics to customers to Australia due to Federal Government Regulations.

I have contacted USO but am yet to get a reply.

Does and one out there have any information or advice on the situation?

Do any members in Australia know of anyone importing USO?

Any advice would be appreciated

I had no problems importing my nikon tactical scope with mildot. There was a ban on all mildot reticule scopes, for whatever reason :? however mildot scopes can be exported to all NATO, Australia, New Zealand and Japan.

I got my scope through bearbasin.com

no one on OZ imports USO
