Well folks, I have returned. After several days of pain, dehydration and several llloooonnnnngggggg nights splashing in the water and land naving. Out of 18 bodies only 6 stuck it out, and yes, I was one of them. Now we just wait to see if they want me, this is the worst part I must say. So, here I sit with a jug of gatorade and some Icy hot. Thanks all for your support

thanks BC, I doubt we will have any more seats for school before we deploy, but I am in for the Urban sniper package going in riverside with their swat, this is going to be fun.
On most STA (Sniper / Targeting / Aquisition) Unit web sites you can download the PDF version of most instruction papers pertaining to Sniper school. Heck... you can download Weapon Custody papers off the main USMC.mil website!!! Why? I have no clue... but it must be filled out by the Armory... so you can download all you want they wont be worth anything. Thank you for your concern though!
Mel,
from what I understand, The whole Plt. is supposed to be going down there regardless. Our Bn hasn't been able to send too many bodies to SS school so we have some outstandingly knowledgable pigs. I'm sure some will just observe and learn while a select group actually run the course. I'll give you a rundown when I get back next week. This is going to be fun.
Chances are if you made it through indoc without problems they will give you an entry date for S.S. School... keep it up and remember.... PAIN IS WEEKNESS LEAVING THE BODY
