I would like the Ka-Bar marine core knife a lot more, if it didn't say marine core on the blade, and if it had a rope cutter edge.

Caw.... look at this bastard from ka-Bar, a Gurkhas Kukri.

I have one of the Kukri's from Ka-Bar. It works great on vines, small branch's, bush's, ect. And if you are looking for a nice Ka-Bar knife; i would suggest the D-2 Ka-Bar. It is made of D-2 steel and is very durable; it keeps its edge for a long time. Either that or one of the new Ka-Bar bayonets made for the US Military.
yeah, they work pretty good on fingers too. i was being stupid one day and accidentaly cut my finger to the bone.
