We use it as a platoon level support weapon

Are you sure its THIS weapon and not the L96A1? A .338 Lapua Magnum support weapon :? ?

OOPS! Sorry. Just read Mel's review. It seems to me that it would be more of a special applications rifle than a platoon level support weapon.
