actually AK, here in the states. All i have to do is walk up with the rifle i would like to purchase... Show them my CCW and pay.
To get a CCW you go to the county courthouse and pay 45 dollars, get two background checks to make sure your not banned from owning firearms, get fingerprinted. and your done. itll be there in the mail in 8 weeks.
