Does anybody know where to get a Moison-Nagant scout optics mount?

I think I found something...

I have a Smith Enterprise, Inc. picatinny rail on a Rem. 700 and I browsed their website after I bought it. I remembered seeing a Mosin Nagant mount on their site. Here you go.
