Not sure about this...........but.............those have not been produced for quite some time, am I correct??? :?: I think that they were clip fed (7-8 rnds) I have only seen one years ago, never shot one.

Are you wanting to buy one, own one or sell one?
Are you talking about the mossberg millitary model? They made around 50,000 between 1942-43. Basically they were training rifles for live fire exercises during wwII is what i understand.
Mossberg 44US. I've just won (about 2 months ago) 4 barreled receivers at GB for .01 (plus shipping and they aint light.) I've got two of them well underway. We're gonna find out if they shoot with the 52's.
I bought a Mossberg 144, for my Son. It has good sites and had 26'' barrel on it. It had the globe sites on it. You could change it out with no trouble. Don't know if they out shoot 52, but I did see old boy stay with one in a match. The Mossberg 144 also stayed with a Anschutz 64 MS at the clubs. To this day not sure who won. It's not just the rifle, it's the shooters.
I have a 44us that I inherited from my grandpa. My first hunting rifle as a kid. And an absolute tack driver. Took many a squirrel, rabbit, and ground hog with that thing. Those things will shoot!! Looking forward to teaching my boys to shoot on it.
