How accurate are the Handi Rifles in the 223 , 243 or 308 version?

I have one of their heavy barrel .223 rifles, and its right at about 1 MOA. For the money, thats pretty good. The break action is a bit odd to use with a scope rifle shooting from the prone.

I was on a different forum and they were saying with a trigger job he was getting sub moa but I don,t know.

Yeah, I believe that. I have not measured the trigger pull, but its probably 7+ lbs. I do have a trigger pull gauge, maybe I'll check it out.

I saw one of these at the range several years ago. It was a .223.

The owner was shooting well under MOA with it. It seems like a useful rifle to me.

I was thinking about getting the .243 , I already have a savage 110 in 30-06 and 270 so I wanted something a little smaller than them but I don't think as small as a 223 and the 308 is pretty close to the 30-06 , what do you think?

.243 is a very nice caliber, it would be a "handi" rifle (pun intended)
