Hi. Newbie here with more research time than range time. I bought what I hope is a decent rifle and accessories to get me started. I'd be super happy if I can hit inside 2" at 500 yards someday. I know practice is key but am certainly appreciative of any and all tips and suggestions. Here is what I have, it may not be the best but it should be at least a good start:

Rifle Remington 700 model #85200 $896
Scope Night Force SHV 4-14x50 $984
Trigger Calvin Elite $189
Rings Seekins $112
Rail Seekins $89
Surefire Muzzle Brake $120
Harris Bipod $158
Shooting Rest Bag $14

$2,562 in total

Happy New Year.

I forgot to add I purchased a Surefire Warden ($160 - to not annoy my lane neighbors) and hope to purchase a Surefire suppressor in the near future. So I guess my total is $2722. Plus probably about $500 in ammo so far. This is turning into a more expensive hobby than I thought!
