The pelican 1770 or pelican storm im3410. The storm is waterproof even fully submerged.

If you are just talking about taking the rifle to the range then a drag bag is the answer. Hard cases are big and heavy and a pain to load and unload from a vehicle so just get a drag bag unless you are flying or having it bounce around in the bed of a truck.
I picked mine up during a sale. If you are patient, you can get a good deal.
