This powder is Lovex D073.8, repackaged by Shooter's World.
It is not documented on the Lovex site.

The claim is this powder is the ideal match for 223 and 55 grain bullets.
I plan to use the same in my Savage #18144 single shot rifle.

Q: does anybody have hands-on experience with this powder?

I have a friend using Shooters World Tactical Rifle powder. We did a ladder test using 77 grain Sierra Match Kings and found 22.5 grains or 23 grains of this powder grouped sub MOA out of a Ruger RPR with a Bartlein 24" barrel 1 in 7 twist. When we went higher than 23 grains we began to see pressure issues. His 8 pound keg of Shooters World Tactical powder shows a load for 69 grain bullets on the label.
Hope this helps !

Tactical Rifle and Buffalo Rifle are both very tough powders to find, except a few scalpers who want $300 per tub.
I (almost) got lucky with some N133, but the son-in-law dragged his feet and by the time he got around to picking it up, they were all sold out.
N133 is twice the price of Tactical Rifle.

To tide me over, I did find a 1# unopened bottle of H322 for $30 so I picked it up for the interim.
This is manufactured by ADI/Thales and repacked by Hodgdon.
ADI says they will only offer this in 1# bottles for 2021, as they are concentrating on their 30 caliber type powders.
