what are the classifications of snipers in the army? and when you 1st recruit how do you become a sniper or are you auto something else, the sytem confises me and i would appreciate if someone would explain

Quick search would solve your problems, mate.
Snipers are drawn from infantry units, in both the USMC (Drawn from 0311s) and in the Army (11Bravos mostly, 11Mikes as well) - Then you pass sniper school, ideally.
What the alphanumeric reference to a sniper is in Army parlance I do not know.
