The ol' 07! Swedish forces might be the last western country where 9mm browning Long was adopted s the ONLY pistol service round, we even droped 9mm Parabellum in favor of the 9mm Browning and the Browning 1903! I'm not kidding you! The story is, the rather hot submachine gun round M39/B(wich was to powerfull and thick coated) killed all the Swedish M40's(Lahti M/35) so they where decomissioned in 1984, leaving the old 07 service pistol as the ONLY service pistol in Swedish Armed forces until they to where replaced by the Glock 17/19 in 1988.
Here is me, with my Husquvarna made Browning 1903, 8 shots fired one handed at 100meters. 4 hits, not to shabby for a 98year old pistol ammo from the early 50's.
These, and old Lugers are in abundance here in Sweden. And they cost so litle that its insane! Ammois no problem either. A nice looking 07 willcost... About 15 to 20 $!
