Weatherby just came out with this new rifle. Not sure if its supposed to be a sniper rifle but I know Weatherby makes a very good rifle. It seems like it could be used as either a precision rifle or just a hunting rifle depending on the accesories you get. Either way it would be interesting to see a review on this promising rifle.

This rifle is not intended as a tactical rifle, with its light weight sporter barrel. If they make a heavy barrel version, I would certainly be interested in evaluating one. The price is very attractive. I believe Howa makes the barreled actions for the Vanguard rifles, and I do have a review of the how on the page
