Hey all,

Anyone have any experience with Winchester 70's in Stealth II or Coyote models? I read Mel's review of the original Stealth and it sounds like a great rifle for the money. If anyone has any input at all it would be great. I feel the new rifle itch

I have the original stealth in 223 and have coyote in 300 wsm. I average groups between .25 and .75 inch at 100 yards with stealth. With coyote, I only got to shoot 40 times, I had about .5 inch to 1 inch groups. Could be better if I practiced more with it. My only problem with winchesters are their triggers. You will definately need to down the trigger pull. My stealth was around 6 pounds when I got it and was inconsistent. After adjusting and polishing I got it down to 1 1/2, but 3 pounds is fine. Still has a little bit of a consistency problem. It is very easy to adjust though.
